Welcome to LetsCompl.ai, an AI-agent compliance middleware and software platform operated under the portfolio of AKVentures.ai, LLC("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our services, generating API keys, importing or downloading our software development kit (SDK), or accessing our gateway endpoint, you ("Customer" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Services & Digital Access

LetsCompl.ai provides digital compliance enforcement tools, including a local client-side SDK and a secure Edge Gateway proxy.

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LetsCompl.ai SDK and Edge Gateway solely for internal business integration to evaluate and secure autonomous AI agent payloads.
  • Account Registration: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and enter into a subscription contract.
  • Fulfillment: All service access, API keys, and SDK installation guidelines are fulfilled and delivered digitally immediately upon successful subscription payment.

2. Legal Status and No-Advice Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

LetsCompl.ai is a technical enforcement guardrail and middleware tool, not a legal compliance service. Verdicts, checks, logs, and suggestions returned by the SDK or Edge Gateway do not constitute legal advice. Customers are solely responsible for verifying that their AI agents comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards (including HIPAA, FINRA, FTC, and FinCEN).

3. Data Retention and Privacy

LetsCompl.ai is built on a privacy-first, zero-retention model for transaction payload evaluations:

  • Evaluation Payloads: All evaluation request payloads containing raw data are processed in-memory and are never written to disk, stored, or logged on our servers.
  • Scrubbed Metadata: We only log anonymized transaction counts, timing metadata, and policy-rule verdicts (allow/block) to power the user dashboard and handle billing metrics. No personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) is ever saved in our databases.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, & Overage

Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring cycle:

  • Subscriptions: Standard subscription fees (Developer Plan at $249/mo, Growth Plan at $499/mo) are charged in advance and automatically renew each month.
  • Metered Overage: For the Growth tier, extra evaluations exceeding the base 25,000 monthly quota are computed and charged at $0.02 per evaluation at the end of the billing period.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided.

5. Restrictions & Safe Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Evade sanctions or financial screening requirements under US OFAC trade rules. We restrict usage in embargoed or sanctioned regions.
  • Reverse engineer our evaluation logic, or attempt to bypass gateway rate controls.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AKVENTURES.AI, LLC OR ITS ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE COMPLIANCE MIDDLEWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
