1. Zero-Retention Data Processing Policy

Our core architecture is built to ensure we do not collect or store your application's operational payloads:

  • Local SDK Redaction: When using the LetsCompl SDK, PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PHI (Protected Health Information) are redacted or scrubbed on your own local infrastructure *before* any network transmission. The raw, sensitive data never leaves your environment.
  • Edge Gateway Evaluations: For requests routed to the secure Edge Gateway, payloads are processed in-memory solely to execute compliance checks. They are immediately discarded once the verdict is returned. No transaction content is ever logged, stored on disk, or shared with third parties.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to manage accounts, process billing, and optimize API performance:

  • Account Profiles: When you sign up, we collect your email address, workspace name, and login credentials.
  • Billing Details: Payment details (credit card tokens, billing address) are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment gateway (Stripe) under standard PCI-DSS regulations. We do not store raw card numbers.
  • Aggregated Logs: We compile aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g., number of monthly evaluations, average latency, and rules triggered) for user dashboard rendering and billing purposes.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or operational data. Information is only shared with standard core sub-processors necessary to run the service (such as Stripe for payments, auth systems, and database hostings).

4. Security Defenses

All API requests and dashboard sessions are secured with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Static database information is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest. Scoped API keys allow developers to restrict validation tokens to designated applications or workspaces.
