LetsCompl.ai is an AI-agent compliance middleware and software platform operated under the portfolio of AKVentures.ai, LLC. Our platform provides developer software tools (including a local software development kit and a proxy gateway) that enable software developers to intercept and validate autonomous AI agent actions against compliance rules, budget constraints, and safety guidelines.

We sell digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions. We are not a financial advisory, legal compliance consultancy, law firm, bank, or payment processor. We do not guarantee legal compliance approval, absolute security from LLM jailbreaks, or specific business outcomes. All products are delivered instantly as digital API credentials and software access.

LetsCompl.ai services are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged on the date of signup and renew automatically every month until canceled.

LetsCompl.ai is the merchant of record for all customer transactions. For the Growth plan, metered usage above the monthly evaluation cap (overages of $0.02 per evaluation) is computed at the end of the monthly billing cycle and charged to the payment method on file.

To maintain the integrity of our digital infrastructure and API services, transaction fees are structured as follows:

• Monthly Subscription Fees: Recurring monthly subscription fees (Developer Plan at $249/mo, Growth Plan at $499/mo) are non-refundable. When you cancel, no further recurring charges will be processed, but no partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
• Billing Disputes: If you believe you were charged in error, contact customer support within 14 days of the transaction at support@letscompl.ai. We review and respond to all billing disputes within 3 business days.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

• Cancellations can be submitted via the customer dashboard or by emailing support@letscompl.ai.
• To prevent automatic renewal of your subscription, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal date.
• Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full access to the subscribed tier's features until the end of your current paid billing period.

All products and services offered by LetsCompl.ai are entirely digital. We do not sell or ship physical products.

• Digital Access: Upon successful payment and subscription activation, access to the LetsCompl.ai gateway API, dashboard, and SDK download instructions is fulfilled immediately.
• API Keys: Users can generate and manage their API keys instantly through their dashboard.

LetsCompl.ai services are provided in full compliance with United States export regulations and financial compliance directives:

• Age Limit: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and enter into a paid subscription contract.
• Sanctions Screening: We do not conduct business operations, route traffic, or process payments for individuals, entities, or organizations residing in countries or regions subject to US trade embargoes or Treasury Department sanctions (OFAC).
